IMPORTANT - UrbanCode Support Transition to IBM Rational Software Support
UrbanCode support is transitioning to IBM support beginning October 14, 2013. Until that time, there are no changes to how clients receive technical support. For transition news, communications, FAQs and more, please visit the UrbanCode support transition website.
We created Supportal to allow effective communication between UrbanCode and our customers. It starts with the support ticket system which allows customers file help requests, defects, feature requests, and questions. It also stores licenses and allows you to download new versions of our software. You can also search for bugs and features submitted by other customers and track their inclusion in current and future releases of our software.
